We have a minimum spend requirement of $3,000 before HST for events taking place during wedding season (May–October). For smaller events or a la carte orders under $3,000, we’re happy to accommodate bookings within three months of your event date, pending our availability.

Once received, we’ll follow up with a few additional details needed to prepare a preliminary quote and ensure our pricing aligns with your budget and vision. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation and provide a detailed, visually comprehensive proposal and estimate for your consideration.

If you’re ready to move forward with the booking process, we’ll provide a formal contract outlining our terms of service. Once the contract has been signed and returned, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Your floral order remains flexible up to 30 days prior to your event date. After your booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit, we’re available via email for any updates or questions along the way.

Approximately 60 days before your event, we’ll reach out to schedule a follow-up consultation at the six-week mark to review final details, confirm design elements, and ensure everything is beautifully aligned for your event.
